Beautifully presented room with good size balcony with lovely views, the walls in hallways, large verandah, and safe too for guests' safety. Location not far from main shopping area and restaurants as well as a cafe / restaurant on the corner of the building.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well designed floor plan for privacy (having 2 bathrooms was great!!) - quality appliances in kitchen. Great being within walking distance of main shopping area. The Corner restaurant was unreal - great way to celebrate our anniversary.
Although the staff members were all extremely polite and helpful there was considerable confusion over our booking which I had done on the internet at Booked.net. Confusion over price and amount of 'deposit'gaken before arrival - perhaps the problem lies with the internet site rather than the hotel?

We were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 5th? Floor. Loads of space with a huge, well appointed kitchen and living area. Nice views and very quiet. Easy 1 minute walk to main shopping area, gallery, entertainment centre, movie theatre and ample cafes and fine dining.(Not to mention the gorgeous Hastings River and Town Beach. An ideal hotel for families.
The only negative I can think of, if stretched, was the quality of the handsoap....cheap "country life"style. This is very picky I know, but it would add a tiny touch of luxury to have a more pleasant soap available for guests. Fresh milk in the fridge would also be welcomed for a decent cuppa on arrival.
